VUE Vision Therapy · Discovery Call
Your call is confirmed
You’re booked.
We’ll talk soon.
A confirmation email is on its way. Check your inbox — including your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
What to Expect
Here’s what happens on the call.
01
We’ll hear about your child.
Tell us what you’re seeing at home and at school. There’s no wrong place to start.
02
We’ll help you understand whether vision may be a factor.
We’ll explain what we look for and whether a full assessment makes sense for your child.
03
You’ll leave with a clear next step.
Whether that’s booking an assessment or simply knowing more, you’ll have direction when we hang up.
Before the Call
A few things that will help.
You don’t need to prepare anything formal. But having these details in mind will help us make the most of your time together.
- ✓ Your child’s age and grade level
- ✓ A brief summary of what you’re seeing at home or school (homework struggles, reading avoidance, fatigue, etc.)
- ✓ Whether your child has had a standard eye exam, and approximately when
- ✓ Any assessments, diagnoses, or support already in place (IEP, tutoring, OT, speech, etc.)
- ✓ Your location — Guelph, North York, or elsewhere in the GTA
The discovery call is 30 minutes. It's designed to help you figure out whether a full assessment is the right next step for your child specifically.
